What do I do if my goods have not arrived?

Blat Pack outsource all delivery to Officeworks Mailman. To this end delivery is subject to the T&Cs and the delivery schedule as outlined by Officeworks Mailman. However if you have not received your goods within 5-7 working days of the advised scheduled delivery for your area, please contact us via our contact us page so that we can assist.

Delivery Time Table

Orders received by 12 noon Saturday will be posted Monday morning.
Orders received by 12 noon Tuesday will be posted Thursday morning.
Delivery is via Mailman Officeworks; Mailman delivers anywhere in Australia with the exception of PO Boxes, Locked or Private Mailbags, Parcel Lockers and Remote Islands. Delivery times are as per Mailman’s advertised parcel delivery time:

Adelaide 2-3 days
Brisbane 2-3 days
Canberra 1-2 days
Darwin 7-14 days
Hobart 3-5 days
Melbourne 1-2 days
Perth 7-10 days
Sydney 1-2 days

Coffee Mug – .80 Kg per mug
Stubby Holder – .17 Kg per stubby holder
Mouse Pad – .15 Kg per mouse pad
Cap - .18 Kg per cap

Returns Policy

We offer a 14 days money back return (excluding postage) on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt. We are happy to accept returns for items that are not suitable or if the item is not as described by us.
Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. Please allow 5-7 working days from the date we have received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked and for the return to be processed. The cost of returning the item to us is your liability, and we cannot refund return items lost in the post. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection; we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded or tracked delivery service.
Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty, or the wrong item has been shipped.
